A weekly psycho-educational support group for the families of those who are both on their own recovery journey or still in active addiction.  These groups will assist the families healing from addiction by teaching self care, boundaries and giving them a better understanding of addiction. They will also develop skills that will help them support their loved ones' recovery. Facilitated by  a clinical therapist and an addiction counsellor with  both professional and lived experience, in the area of addiction and the family. Each week consists of a client check in, open discussion on concerns that arose through the week and education and discussion on the topic for the week.

Groups run between 1 and 1.5 hrs in length and the cost is $100/month.  Resource handouts and videos are supplied with each group. This group may be covered by some health insurance providers.
