Intention Setting is a 30 min group that runs 7 days a week and is intended to help clients get their day started of right and with the right focus for the day. Every morning we review our previous day and set intentions for the upcoming day. Daily inspirational readings as well as meditation are part of most mornings and some mornings include light stretching, facilitated by our Clinical Exercise Physiologist. The group takes place Monday to Friday at 8:00am and Saturday and Sunday at 9:00am.
