You acknowledge and agree that your submission of any information is at your sole risk, and to the maximum amount permitted by law. iTreatment and all of iTreatments service providers hereby disclaim any and all liability to you for any loss or liability relating to such information in any way.

Payment Terms
To access the content and client portion of the iTreatment website you must pay the monthly or yearly administration fee of $99+ HST each month or $899 + HST a year on or before your renewal date. If payment is not received your access to the iTreatment website will be terminated until payment is received.

The administration cost includes the following services:
● Access to ALL iTreatment services and service providers, as appropriate for your recovery, for you and your entire family.
● Initial intake and assessment including consultation with appropriate iTreatement service provider
● Ongoing consultation between iTreatement service providers, assessing progress and needs as appropriate to the individuals treatment plan.
● Access to self serve iTreatment information and resources found through this website.
● 25% off all iTreatment psychoeducational groups (iTreatment clients and their families may attend groups for the same price as one individual)
● Access to your own interactive dashboard which provides sobriety counter, progress monitoring and an internal note pad for easy communication with iTreatment service providers.

The iTreatement administration cost DOES NOT include any individual work with any of the iTreatment Service providers. If you choose to do individual work with any iTreament service providers (through recommendation or otherwise) you are entering into an agreement with the individual service provider under their terms and conditions, privacy policy and payment condition.

Being a client of iTreatment and having access to our website, resources and service partners are not an automatic right, it is a benefit for those who follow our rules and treat other members and service providers respectfully. Inspire Recovery Addiction Counselling Inc reserves the right to terminate any client or service provider without notice, using reasonable discretion for any of the following reasons, or with just cause.

A. Breach theses terms and conditions
B. Breach our privacy policy
C. Act in any way that could cause iTreatment service providers or client harm.

If you wish to terminate your client privileges with iTreatment you can do so at any time. However, a refund for the Administration Costs will only be provided if termination occurs within 5 days of payment being due. 

Notification of Changes
Inspire Recovery Addiction Counselling Inc. may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Terms will be available here.  We will notify all clients of changes by Terms and Conditions via the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
